Why don't Muslim men wear hijab?

First of all,
There is no “Hijab” word in Qur’an related to women’s clothes. Qur’an never mention about “Hijab.”
It says “Khimar”[1], which mean “covering”, while “Hijab” means “barrier”. Qur’an also mentions “Jilbab”[2] that means “the long garment that cover the body including chest.”
Then, the next question is “What kind of covering and garment?”
There are disagreement among Islamic scholars about what kind of “Khimar and Jilbab”, some of them agree that the women should cover all of their body except eyes, and some of them said except face and palm hands. Even some of them order women to cover the whole body parts— Burqa, like what happens in Afghanistan under the Taliban regime.

Back then, veil has been a part of patriarchy social culture that used to show the social status in society. It believes that the slaves didn’t wear veil, while the freed-high status women always wore it.

Head covering/veil culture is not only in Saudi Arabia but also we can find it in South Asia (dupatta), Jewish and Christian.

So, if the question :
“Why don’t Muslim men wear Hijab?”
Then, the answer is “Yes. Muslim men, ‘actually’ wear Hijab (barrier/partition) too.”
It’s according to verse :
“Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their “Farujahum” (private parts/pureness). That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do.” QS. 24 :30[3]
So, the next question is what kind of private parts?
Then, Islamic scholars also have different opinion about this. Some of them said only the genital part, some of them said it should be from belly button to the ankle, some of them said it should be from belly to knee.
Unfortunately, there is no opinion from Islamic scholars that “Hijab” for man including their hair, chest and eyes. If the Islamic scholars had this opinion then Muslim men would wear “Burqa” as well.
